Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice for items returned in new, unused condition and returned in the original unopened package.   Please send an email to info@normstrainworld.com for authorization to return merchandise.

A copy of the original invoice must be included for refund.   If invoice is not included, there will be a 15% restocking fee, once we have located a copy of invoice.

Refunds will only be issued to the person who purchased the item(s).

We can not issue refunds for shipping/handling charges.  Customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return item(s).

Special order items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Damaged or defective item(s).  Please email us at info@normstrainworld.com for instructions on damage or defective items. 

If item(s) damaged in shipment, please keep all boxes and packing materials.
